Works by students of the Worcester County Truant School attached to an exhibition board (71 x 56 cm.). These works include a poem entitled "Golden-Rod" attributed to Mrs. F.J. Love Joy, a story entitled "Grandma's Story," a copy of the story of the Pied Piper of Hamlin, and copies of the fables "The crow and the pitcher" and "The fox and the grapes." The students were not the original creators of most, and perhaps any, of these works, and copying these works was most likely part of an assignment. Includes the work of students Henry Seeley, Joseph McCarhty, Thomas White, Chester O'Connor, and George Steven. The works are dated 1904.
